Luxury apartment ParkView is located on Holeckova Street at number 11. It is 15 minutes by walking from Charles Bridge and by beautiful park Kinsky and Petrín.
Its surface is 80 m2, it has one bedroom, a separate bedroom/ living room with a comfortable convertible a bathroom and a fully equipped open kitchen corner. It is on a second floor without elevator. On the bedroom side windows are on the courtyard so it is very quiet. The living room enjoys beautiful views of the park, but you can hear the street below during rush hours. Of course the apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi (40 MB download). Good internet connexion and powerful Wi Fi, several monitors, two large working desks make it a favorite for digital nomads.
The neighborhood is safe and very nice, with the park, many specialty shops, and a mall within 5 minutes by walking.
All in all, it is a great base to discover the best of Prague!

The Neighborhood
It is in the center, minutes by walking from Old Town and touristic sights. There are plenty of delicacy shops around -it is actually the favourite quarter of french expats.
Getting around
As a tourist you can walk around everywhere. Public transportation (metro Andel, tram Ujezd) is about 5 minutes by walking away.
No smoking, not pets, no noise - this is not a party apartment. Floors are fragile, a lot of the design etc. is expensive so take this apartment only if you are ready to take good care...
Please note that because of its expensive furnishing, a 300 euros deposit will be taken in cash or from your card and refunded to you only after a careful check-out inventory in person.

Die nächste Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und verfügt über einen Fahrkartenautomaten. Da die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe einer größeren Straße liegt, muss man mit Verkehrslärm rechnen. Eric war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Ein- und auschecken waren einfach und kontaktlos. Der verstopfte Abfluss der Spüle konnte leider wegen der Osterfeiertage nicht während unseres Aufenthalts repariert werden. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cet appartement est absolument parfait pour un séjour sur Prague. On y est comme chez soi et il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut sur place. C'est spacieux, propre, et très lumineux. A deux pas de l'appartement, un parc magnifique et des commerces de proximité. Eric a été parfait, que ce soit pour fournir des explications au sujet de l'arrivé, du départ et de l'appartement mais aussi pour donner des suggestions de choses sympas à faire sur Prague. Le plus chouette Airbnb que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent. Merci pour tout!

Eric’s place is a large studio with one bedroom and a sofa bed. He has a very well stocked kitchen and has a washer and dryer in case you need. The place is a personal unit made available to guests so you may have to look for space for yourself. The location is amazing as you can easily walk from praia 5 to praia 1.

Fijn klassiek appartement tegenover een prachtig park. Perfecte uitvalbasis om Praag te verkennen, dichtbij een tram, supermarkt, natuurwinkel en heerlijke restaurants. Het appartement is ruim met grote lichte, typisch Oost-Europese dubbele ramen. We voelden ons helemaal thuis in Erics's plek.
Una esperienza meravigliosa. per il nostro terzo viaggio a Praga, il primo con i nostri figli, abbiamo preferito il calore di una casa ad una stanza di albergo. scelta che si è rivelata assolutamente positiva. la casa di Eric dista soltanto 3 fermate di tram dal centro, poco più di un km da Ponte Carlo, che abbiamo raggiunto anche a piedi dopo una splendida passeggiata costeggiando la collina di Petrin. I dintorni sono pieni di ristoranti di vario tipo e sempre camminando brevemente è possibile trovare anche dei supermercati fornitissimi. La casa di Eric è identica a come appare in foto, un ambiente grande ed accogliente, una cucina super fornita di ogni elettrodomestico oltre a lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice e ferro da stiro. per me una scelta determinante, oltretutto è stato come vivere 5 giorni da praghesi. Eric sempre puntuale e veloce a rispondere ad ogni mia richiesta di informazioni. Consigliatissima!

Het appartement was heerlijk ruim met grote ramen en gezellig ingericht. Het contact met Eric was erg goed. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en is een erg aardige man. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg waar je geen last van hebt met de ramen dicht, maar met de ramen open was het wel wat lawaaiig. Maar een volgende keer zou ik zeker weer dit appartement boeken!

Eric è stato da subito disponibile e gentile ed è rimasto a disposizione via messaggio/chiamata per tutto il soggiorno. L’appartamento è davvero bello e in una posizione tranquilla, comoda e abbastanza centrale. Facile raggiungere a piedi il centro e comodo anche per raggiungere i mezzi pubblici. Molto consigliato.

Facilities - especially the washing machine and dryer. With young children, this was a godsend. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, the rooms were spacious and the bath was powerful. In terms of the location, the flat was centrally located without being crowded by tourists. Public transport and a playground were within a 5 minute radius. Primarily, the keys - on a couple of occasions, we were stuck outside the outside door for over 15 minutes because the lock wouldn't turn. This was an issue with the copied keys as residents were able to immediately open the door.

Stayed here as a family of three, including a 6 month old baby, for an entire week. Eric our host was exceptional and incredibly helpful. The entire apartment was spotless, very well catered and had all we needed and more. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you have a small child or baby, since we felt like they ticked every box for us! Location is great with lots on your doorstep including a huge park and an ideal location that isn't as hectic as Prague 1, but still incredibly central and convenient. Many thanks Eric! No comment

Розташування будинку поруч з парком, вікна головної кімнати виходять на нього. Парк дуже красивий. Хвилин 5-10 знаходиться великий торговельний центр, де є продуктовий супермаркет. Квартира в цілому має дуже класний потенціал та планування. Вона зачаровує. Наявність на відкритих полках книг та інших речей господаря робить відчуття нібито ти в музеї, де хочеться все роздивитись. Втім, квартира потребує невеликого косметичного ремонту. Якщо чесно, я б хотіла собі таку квартиру, але зробила її більш нейтральної по дизайну))) Не зважаючи на вказане, нам все сподобалось та зайшло. Дякую господарю та чарівній дівчині Аріадні, що надали можливість прожити 3 дні у цій квартирі.
І да, пересадіть будь-ласка деякі квіти, їм вже затісно у своїх горшиках). Диван у головній кімнаті для 2 людей трохи малий. Там буде нормально спати тільки одному. Тому, якщо Вас буде 4, як нас, то двом буде затісно спати на дивані. Він ще має трохи різні рівні ( одна половина трохи вища за іншу під час його розкладання). Будинок знаходиться поруч з дорогою, тому навіть при закритих вікнах чутно гул вночі машин. Вхідні двері високі, щось на кшталт наших сталінок, але ще вище, та мають фрамугу із затонованого скла. Це автентично та красиво, але дуже чути сусідів зовні на площадці.

Большие светлые апартаменты . Квартира для осознанных путешественников , которые хотят получить не только комфорт, а и ощущение что ты дома. Много личных вещей хозяина , немножко не хватает понимания, что можно брать, а что нет. Мы любим готовить ) и кушать дома, поэтому для нас это был идеальный вариант, тут есть все для это… наверное даже больше чем у меня дома! Напротив дома большой и красивый парк. В пешей доступности ТЦ Смихов и Андел. Остановка трамвая 300 м. No comment

Eric is a great host, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet him and learn more about his interesting nomad life. The apartment is very spacious (more than it seems in the pictures), and perfect for a couple working from home since there are two different working spaces. You'll also find all the amenities needed for your stay, and I would recommend it for long or short trips. The location is also very convenient, right in front of a lovely park, and shops, restaurants, but you're still very close to the city center and the tram to move around Prague. We would recommend it to anyone!

Eric was a great host and was available for anything we needed 24/7. the apartment is specious and has anything you might need. kitchen is well equipped, there are both huge TV screen and a projector and some smaller screen for easy work/study for 2 people simultaneously in comfort.

Rentego est une "organisation de location" tres bien strcuturee. Tout est bien organisé. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Prague à pied. Pas forcément de parking gratuit à proximité mais un parking couvert, gardé est proche moyennant 12 euros par jour environ. Petite attention particulière d'Éric, des biscuits de Noël nous attendaient. Logement très propre et conforme à la description. Un gros plus: boîtier wifi portable pour visiter la ville et ses bonnes adresses.
