Kleines Appartement in der Nähe von Fluss Vltava und dem Park Petrin, in der Kleinseite. Bitte beachten Sie dieses Appartement ist günstiger als die anderen weil es im 3ten Stock ohren Aufzug ist und ein klienes Badezimmer hat.
Das Gebaude aus dem Jahre 1895 lies sich fuer Eigenzwecke ein anerkannter Architekt erbauen, was fuer die Bauqualitaet spricht. Es befidendet sich unter dem Berg Petrin in der Naehe des Flusses im Prager Viertel Mala Strana. Petrin ist zweifellos ein geeigneter Ort, die gerne im Zentrum un gleichzeitig im Gruenden laufen ... Unmittelbar hinter dem Gebaude fuehrt die Hungermauer, die eine Verteidigungsrolle erfuellte. Die Baugeschichte des Hauses beweist, dass Karel IV.ein Keynesianer war – im Trockenjahr 1361, kam ins Land eine allgemeine Teuerung. Damit die Prager ihre Familien ernaehren konnten, mussten sie Diebstahl ausueben...und der Arrest fuellte sich. Karl IV.sprach zu seinen Untertanen und versprach einen Proviantlohn fuer den, der eine Mauer von Petrin bis zur Moldau baut. Der Bau dauerte 2 Jahre und ernaehrte viele Familien. Das Prager Volk benannte diese Mauer als eine Hungermauer.
Am Ende des Blocks finden Sie den Kinsky Platz, der Dank des Panzers T34 bekannt ist, der an die Befreieung von Prag erinnert. Nach der sammtenen Revolution im Jahre 1989 wurde er vom Kuenstler David Cerny rosa gestrichen. In Wirklichkeit bedeutette es weniger eine politische Geste, sonder eher eine Liebesgeschifte.Spaeter wurde hier eine Fontaene errichtet, wobei ein Teil des Panzers erhalten blieb, damit an unsere Geschichte eine Erinnerung bleibt.
In Naehe des Hauses befinded sich ein Franzoesisches Lyceum.
Fuer die, die einen laengeren Aufenthalt planen, ist ein Besuch der Einkaufsgalerie Andel-Novy Smichov (2 Tramstationen) lohnenswert. Die Tramstation der Trassen (6, 9, 12, 20, 22) die sich gegenueber dem Gebaude befindet, gemeinsam mit der Busstation 176 bringen sie ueberall hin.

The location was 15 minutes swift walk from the Charles Bridge. It had a microwave. The building, Art Nouveau in style and quite beautiful. The apartment was quiet with big light filled windows looking out onto a leafy square. We booked 'A Studio'. The pictures did not portray the place accurately. They were a conglomerate of different rooms in the building. The little balcony was on another floor behind a continously lock door. The place was shabby and smaller than we were led to believe. The bathroom was tiny and needed a new shower curtain that was long enough not to flood the tiny floor and required a 'mop up' every time. It is a third floor walk up (90 steps) so you must be able bodied and not have too much luggage.

Beautiful location surrounded by historical buildings, and is situated right next to a bus stop which makes access to the city’s sights easily accessible. Also next to a great horror-themed bar. Easy to get inside, and up the flight of stairs. The apartment is cozy and with comfortable beds. The kitchen space is perfect for one person especially.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, und leider auch kein Doppelbett wie angegeben, sondern zwei Einzelbetten. Sonst war es sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell in der Stadt.

Very nice location, hosts were helpful and friendly! Loved the neighborhood and how close it was to various sights! The apartment was clean, only thing that was different from the pictures, was that the beds were separate.

Локація. Комфорт. Зручно добиратися громадським транспортом. Чистота та порядок в номері. Безключовий доступ. Відсутність курців та гучних сусідів. Спокійне помешкання для сімейної зупинки. Був відсутній кондиціонер, але про це було зазначено в описі. Також деякі каструлі не були призначені до використання на індукційній плиті.

Decent place-the photos and description were accurate. It’s small but has everything you need. One of my pillows had a stain on it but everything else was clean. Eric always responded quickly. The location was the best thing, the nearby tram stop had connections to any part of the city.

Très bon logement, fidèle aux photos. Bonne accessibilité. Le logement n'est pas loin du centre, comptez 30 minutes de marche pour la vieille ville. Seul petit inconvénient : le studio se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

Penso sia stato uno degli alloggi più puliti in cui sia mai stato negli ultimi anni. La posizione dell'alloggio è super centrale. Non abbiamo MAI preso i mezzi e a una decina di minuti a piedi c'erano alcuni dei ristoranti più buoni consigliati in centro. Eric è stato molto disponibile, ci ha persino prontamente fornito un'asciugacapelli non appena lo abbiamo richiesto. Se tornassi a Praga senza dubbio prenoterei nuovamente questo alloggio!

It was very nice, everything very clean. Easy to get to. It is true that it is on the third floor of an old building, hence lots of steps. But it was quite, clean and had everything one needed for a short stay. Eric was really forthcoming and the check in and out extremely easy. I would recommend it.

It was a great stay at Eric’s airbnb. Everything is in walking distance, the tram station is 2mins away, you wont sweat at all. Perfect place to stay; supermarket, restaurant, tourist attractions, the room itself spacious for one person, even for two, complete with all the basic things that you need. The apartment is reasonably spacious and does have a small kitchen (two burner hot plate, microwave, refrigerator) which was very nice to have after 12 days of travel and restaurant food. The bathroom was fine, but the water pressure in the shower wasn't great and it took me forever to rinse my hair. The shower is very spacious compared to others I've used in Europe, and the bathroom was clean. If you are a couple traveling, be aware that the beds are two twins in wooden frames so it would be uncomfortable to attempt to sleep together. This apartment is on the third floor so there are several steps so be aware of how much luggage you are bringing. The location was perfect, close to groceries and right off a tram stop, and only 10 minutes to the Charles or Legion bridges. Great value for the price and I’d likely stay again.

Great location! You can get everywhere really fast. But I have to mention that the bed is not a double bed as it seems but two decided single beds. This may be helpful for some. But all in all we had a nice stay.

Расположение квартиры на отлично! Ходили пешком до всех достопримечательностей! Квартира маленькая, но на двоих места достаточно! Очень удобное заселение, никуда не нужно ехать за ключами. Всем остались довольны, рекомендую!!!
